Be a Buddy

Best Buddies pairs volunteers in one-to-one friendships with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, and runs school and college chapters across the country. As a buddy you hang out, text, and share activities with your match, building a real friendship that changes both of your lives. Chapters welcome middle and high schoolers, and the e-Buddies program offers an online pen-pal option too.
