Large parts of the world are still missing from digital maps, which makes it hard for aid organizations to plan vaccine campaigns, disaster response, or emergency routes. Missing Maps runs remote "mapathons" where volunteers trace buildings and roads from satellite photos directly into OpenStreetMap, no experience or special software knowledge needed beyond a short tutorial. Every trace you add can genuinely speed up a real relief effort somewhere in the world.
